Lyres

Lyres (sometimes miscredited as The Lyres) are a Boston-area alternative rock musical group led by Jeff "Monoman" Conolly. Lyres were founded in 1979 following the breakup of DMZ. Their most popular songs included "What A Girl Can't Do" and "Help You Ann". The original lineup of the band featured Rick Coraccio(bass), Ricky Carmel (guitar) and Paul Murphy (drums).

Twisted Sister

Twisted Sister is an American heavy metal band from Long Island, New York. Musically, the band implements elements of traditional heavy metal bands such as Iron Maiden and Judas Priest along with a driving hard rock style that is similar to AC/DC.

Rough Cutt

Rough Cutt was an American heavy metal band from Los Angeles, California in the 1980s. They were based in Los Angeles after signing a recording contract with Warner Brothers. Despite having a roster of musicians who later found greater success in other groups, Rough Cutt never achieved the popular success enjoyed by many other Los Angeles bands of that time.

Dokken

Dokken is an American heavy metal band formed in 1976 and composed of Don Dokken on vocals, George Lynch on lead guitar, Juan Croucier on bass and "Wild" Mick Brown on drums. In 1983 Croucier left Dokken in order to join Ratt and was replaced by Jeff Pilson. The group accumulated numerous charting singles and has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide.

Ronnie James Dio

Ronald James Padavona, better known as Ronnie James Dio, was an American rock and heavy metal vocalist and songwriter. He performed with, amongst others, Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell and his own band, Dio.
